Pardon my French, but the guy or gal who mucked up the absentee ballot that was sent to some upstate New Yorkers knew exactly what he or she was doing. I just hope that we as Americans have progressed to the point where we can recognize the difference between veracity and bullshit. This is all becoming so tiresome. How much integrity is there in a campaign that embraces the tactics of fear and hate? McCain is a better man than that. He’s a United States hero. He needs to stand up and do what’s right. He started today and got booed by his supporters, but the fact is, if he wants to be remembered as a man of dignity and forthrightness and not another foot soldier in the war on humaneness, he needs to continue to dismiss and reject these cowardly acts that grope for the lowest common denominator.

I’m astounded by my own wit sometimes. Not this time but…sometimes. Anyway, watch the incredibly lucid bunch of people in the video below. If all Ohio voters rationalize like these folk, Obama doesn’t have a chance.
